My name is Sarah and health and happiness is my passion. I believe that given the right opportunities, the body has the ability to heal itself on all levels allowing you to live your life in joy and freedom. I work body-lead, allowing the body to express what’s needed for healing and guide you along the shortest path to your goal.
I have been practising as a holistic therapist for over 25 years, and use a powerful range of healing modalities focusing not just on the physical, but the emotional and psychological too.
My therapies can be used to help with most issues and conditions, however, I have had a lot of experience working with clients with anxiety and depression, allergies, trauma and childhood issues.

I offer a free 30-minute phone or online consultation to establish if we are a good fit to work together and to assess the appropriate therapy for you to start with. So if you’re unsure which of my services is best for you, you can tell me about what challenges you are facing right now, what you would like to change in your life, ask me any questions and share any concerns.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, I require at least 24 hrs ideally 48 hrs notice by email info@naturallyhealingbristol.co.uk or text to 07976 851748. Sessions cancelled within 24 hrs of the session time will be payable at the full rate.
Sessions Venues
I work from a number of locations in East Bristol.
Home Visits
I offer home visits if you are unable to come to me and live within 30 minutes drive from me and charge an additional £15.
Online Sessions
Some of my sessions can be done on Zoom i.e.
